4. Personal Information Form. The Embassy is consolidating its Database of all Eritreans and hence all Eritreans residing in the Southern Africa region are kindly requested to fill the form and scan their passport size photo on it.

Other Forms to be considered by all Eritreans are

A. National Recovery Contribution Form

B. Martyr's Families Project.

All are invited to fill these forms as well and mail (or email with attachment) them to the Embassy.
